In this movement meditation, we are guided by Air as a symbol that connects with different aspects of our human experience, from emotional to connection. This is a great starter for those new to active meditations.
The focus is heavily on flowing with our breathe, and finding freedom and expansion as we do so. This meditation is a little longer than usual, allowing us more space and time to find our flow.
This active meditation is also good for mental clarity and thoughts—allowing greater fluidity in thinking—letting our thoughts and movements come and go.
